Digital files for 3D printing, not a physical model. Check the individual product listing for the included files, versions, and any assembly instructions.
Which printer and materials should I use?
Requirements vary by model. Check the product listing for scale, print recommendations, support requirements, and assembly details before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a particular model fits your printer, contact us with the product name and your printer model.
Are supported files included?
Please check the specific listing. Support requirements and included file versions differ between products; don’t assume that every download includes presupported files.
Where do I find my downloads?
For MyMiniFactory purchases, sign in to the account you used to buy the model and open your library. For Kickstarter rewards and late pledges, follow the delivery instructions provided in your campaign updates and reward emails.
I backed a campaign. Do I need to buy the same files again?
Check your pledge and the campaign’s delivery instructions first. If a model was included in your reward but you can’t find it, contact us with the campaign name and the email address used for your pledge.
Can I sell printed copies or share the STL files?
The license attached to the product or your pledge governs permitted use. Don’t assume a standard purchase includes commercial printing rights. For merchant-license questions, contact us before selling prints. Do not redistribute files unless your license expressly permits it.
I’m having trouble with a file or order.
Email contact@dallacrocestudios.com with the product name, purchase platform, and order or pledge reference. For printing issues, include your printer, slicer, and a description or photo of the problem. Please do not send payment-card details.
How are purchases and refunds handled?
For current purchases, checkout, download delivery, and applicable purchase policies are provided through the linked MyMiniFactory listing or Kickstarter campaign. Contact us if you need help with a Dalla Croce Studios product or order.
